  • Is there gluten in Symple syrups?
    No, all of our syrups are gluten free.
  • Is Symple vegan?
    All of our syrups are vegan.
  • Does Symple syrup need to be refrigerated?
    We would suggest storing the syrups in the refrigerator but definitely refrigerate after opening. Please shake well before use as product will settle.
  • How long does Symple Syrups last after opening?
    Once open and if kept refrigerated, it will last for several months.
  • What are other ways to use Symple?
    There are many fun ways to use Symple! In non-alcoholic beverages such as seltzer waters, iced tea, hot tea/coffee, as fruit topping, adding a new dimension to baked good, sauce reductions, salad dressings! We'd love to hear how you use Symple!
  • When do products typically ship?
    Most orders typically ship within 1-3 days of purchase. We also offer pickup/delivery if you are located in Las Vegas, NV
  • My order arrived with one or more broken bottles. Will you replace it?
    We are so sorry and you bet! Email us at info@symplesyrups.com with photos of the damaged box/products so we can process your replacement asap.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Sorry. We do not accept returns, however, we are happy to replace any damaged orders from transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 business days if any items are damaged. Simply email photos of damaged items to info@symplesyrups.com and we'll process your replacement.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    No, at this time we only ship within the US.
